Step 1 - Your Free Consultation
Come in to our Burlington boutique and sit down with Kris directly. We'll talk about your style, your budget, stone preferences, and any design ideas you've been collecting. There's no pressure and no obligation — just a real conversation with someone who has been doing this for over three decades.
Step 2 - CAD Design & Preview
Using computer-aided design (CAD) technology, we create a precise 3D rendering of your ring before a single piece of metal is cut. You'll see exactly what the finished ring will look like — and you can request adjustments until every detail is exactly right.
Step 3 - Crafted in Our On-Site Burlington Workshop
Once you approve the design, our Master Goldsmith begins crafting your ring in our on-site workshop. Every piece is made by hand using traditional European goldsmithing techniques and finished to the highest standard — right here in Burlington, not shipped out to a factory.
Step 4 - Your Ring, Ready to Propose
When your ring is complete, we'll walk you through every detail — the craftsmanship, the stone certification, and the care instructions. Your ring leaves our workshop with our full quality guarantee.
